Her second CD, No Money, No Makeup was released in 2000 was even more successful than her debut CD Wondering How You Are. A new children's CD is in the works. "A great songwriter, Lorraine is full of surprises and keeps audiences entertained with her beautiful singing, quirky wit and utter charm" says producer Paul Mills. Lorraine has a terrific lineup of musicians on her new CD. Anne Lindsay on fiddle (Blue Rodeo), Chris Whitely on blues harmonica and pedal steel, Tom Leighton on accordion, Bob Ahsley on piano, Curly Boy Stubbs on guitar and many more.
Lorraine has been writing songs for a number of years now and finds great enjoyment in taking song writing workshops with such notables as Tom Paxton, Roy Forbes, Kate Campbell, Cosy Sheridan, Greg Greenway and Bob Frankie, to name a few. Lorraine Lives with her husband Jake, three kids, her dog, a bunny and a guinea pig, in beautiful Mono Centre near Shelburne, Ontario. She teaches kindergarten and finds intriguing song writing material coming from the mouths of the little kids in her class.
